The drug Fitoverm - a sure remedy for many pests

If you are looking for a product that is safe for the environment and effective for combating harmful insects - pay attention to Fitoverm. He established himself on the positive side and became an indispensable assistant to gardeners and gardeners.

Characteristics of the drug Fitoverm

The drug Fitoverm is a biological pesticide aimed at protecting crops from ticks and pests.

Fitoverm is a biological pesticide
Fitoverm is a biological pesticide

Active substance. The main active substance is aversectin (Aversectin) - directed contact-intestinal action. Aversectin, getting into the stomach of the pest, has a neuroparalytic effect. Insects can not eat and die from this.

Important!
The substance does not have a destructive effect on the eggs of insects, therefore, repeated spraying is required, taking into account the release of new individuals.

Compatibility. Fitoverm is not compatible with pesticides. It can not be mixed with other means to combat insects and plant diseases. If, in addition to the invasion of pests, the plant has been infected with viruses or disease spores, it is first treated with one drug (for diseases), and then sprayed with Fitoverm, or vice versa

The speed of exposure to pests. After treatment, insects become paralyzed, after 8 hours they stop feeding. They begin to die on the third day, stronger individuals can last up to 6 days.

The period of protective action. If the treatment is carried out in a protected ground (greenhouses, hotbeds, home plants), the period of protective action lasts up to 20 days.

When processing landscape gardening crops in open areas, plant protection depends on various factors: increased air humidity, fog, rain, dew, and lasts from 6 to 20 days.

The preparation "Fitoverm" is not absorbed by the roots and is intended only for spraying plants.

Advantages and disadvantages of the drug

The drug is a wide spectrum of action, is approved for use in household plots and for indoor plants.

Advantages of Fitoverm:

  • safety: does not penetrate plant cells, does not accumulate in fruits, can be used during fruiting;
  • wide spectrum of action: the drug is effective in controlling more than ten types of insects;
  • profitability: the drug is used for spraying, one ampoule is diluted with a large amount of water, the consumption rate of the finished solution is small;
  • availability: Fitoverm is sold in ampoules of 2, 4 and 5 ml, vials of 20 ml, the cost of one ampoule from 27 rubles, a bottle - 120 rubles;
  • independence from high temperatures: many products decompose at high temperatures, the active substance “Fitoverma” is activated on the contrary.

Disadvantages of Fitoverm: multiple treatments - the drug enters the pest only with food, it does not affect the laying of eggs of harmful parasites, their sleeping larvae and pupae.

Fitoverm is fatal only for adults who are able to eat on their own. As a result, double treatment is required, as new pests are formed (after 6-7 days).

Toxicity

The drug has low toxicity for humans (hazard group III) and medium toxicity for bees and beneficial insects (hazard group II), release bees one day after treatment. Dangerous to fish, do not pour unused solution into water.

An effective drug, a spark of double effect and its instructions for use, in detail here.

How to prepare the solution

A small amount of water is poured into a special container or into a sprayer.

Reviews about the drug

Lana. Marigold planted, grew well, but noticed light spots, as if someone had eaten the surface, dots appeared on the back side. They told me that these were thrips and advised me to buy a pesticide.

I wanted to buy Aktar, but the seller advised Fitoverm: I have small children and a cat, I don’t really want to use chemistry. Diluted 2 ml per 1 liter of water, processed only once. The white spots certainly did not turn green, but the thrips died.

Alexander. Processed plants, there is no smell at all. I thought a fake, but then I found out that Fitoverm had no pungent odor.

Irina. She brought a mint bush from the cottage and planted it in a pot. A few days later she noticed that she brought not only mint, but also a spider mite. I wanted to throw out the mint, but it was too late; three flowers were also infected. Processed by Fitoverm, three days later returned everyone to the windowsill. The tick died. Mint managed to give new sprouts.

Fitoverm for indoor plants: instructions for use

Recently, a growing variety of chemicals have been used in gardening to control pests, but they are not always suitable, especially for treating indoor plants.

Important!
As an alternative, special biological substances are used, for example, a fitover for indoor plants is just perfect. This drug is an insectoacaricide and is used to treat plants that grow not only in open, but also in covered ground.

Before you start using this product, you need to carefully read the instructions, which indicate that the basis of the drug are the vital products of precisely soil microorganisms.

Fitoverm exerts a fairly wide spectrum of action, and due to its unique structure, it will quickly decay not only in water, but also in the ground.

With its help, you can get rid of various diseases and pests, including aphids, moths, etc. Use this tool must be strictly following the instructions, especially for the treatment of indoor plants without serious consequences.

To process indoor flowers, you must use a spray gun. Pests cease to feed on the plant after 8 hours, after spraying, and their complete destruction will occur after about a few days.

After a week, the maximum result will be noticeable, and the duration of the phytoerm lasts about 3 weeks. Spraying plants from the spray gun will slightly reduce the effect of the drug.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to use this tool as soon as the first symptoms of pests begin to appear. However, you should not expect that the result will be obtained instantly, since for several hours the pests continue to feed on the flower, and after a few days they will completely die.

Even despite the fact that these drugs are natural, the use of phytoerm must be carried out strictly according to the instructions and the product is diluted immediately before its use.

Advice!
Among the advantages of this tool is its high efficiency, as well as the fact that it is completely safe for human health and pets. However, phytoverm is a dangerous drug, therefore, instructions for its use should be carefully studied.

Using the drug, the following rules must be observed:

  • can not be bred in a bowl in which food is cooked;
  • how the processing of plants will be completed, you need to thoroughly wash your hands with soap;
  • the container used to dilute the drug must be discarded or washed well.

To dilute the drug for spraying, you need to take an ampoule with a fitoverm and dilute it with water (indicated in the instructions). In this solution, leaves of domestic plants are well wetted. It is necessary to perform 4 treatments, while a short break is made between each (approximately 7-9 days).

Given the type of plant pests, the ampoule should be diluted in the following proportions:

  • thrips - per 500 ml of water 1 ampoule;
  • aphids - per 600 ml of water 1 ampoule;
  • spider mite - per 2500 ml of water 1 ampoule.

How to apply the tool for orchids?

Orchids very often suffer from various types of pests, and so that the plant is not used to combat them, it is recommended to use this drug.

Fitover is diluted in a ratio of 500 ml of water to 1 ampoule of the drug. For the complete destruction of pests, it will be necessary to carry out several treatments, since the larvae may have resistance to the drug.

To achieve maximum results, not only orchid leaves are processed, but also the soil in the pot.

For the treatment of violets

If there is a need to perform the processing of violets, the drug should be done in the ratio of 1 ampoule of the drug per 1 liter of water. Experienced gardeners advise in the finished product to add just a couple of drops of a simple animal shampoo that contains permethrin.

For the complete destruction of pests, indoor plants are treated 4 times, with a 3-day break between each procedure.

Attention!
This plant treatment scheme was developed taking into account the fact that the effect is directly on adults, but larvae and eggs are not affected, from which new pests will then hatch.

Regardless of which particular indoor plant will be treated with a phytoderm, it is necessary to carefully spray or wipe all the leaves, both from above and from below.

This procedure must be carried out in a room with a temperature of at least +20 degrees. If the procedure is carried out directly during the flowering period, the flowers should also be processed.

Fitoverm

Fitoverm is an insectoacaricide, in terms of spectrum of action it is similar to Akarin (Agravertin). It is used as a means of combating gnawing and sucking plant pests.

Compatibility with other pesticides: Do not mix with other drugs.

Protective period

The drug protects plants in closed ground 7-20 days after treatment; on open ground crops (in the absence of precipitation within 6 hours after treatment) 7-20 days depending on the dose and type of pests. Not phytotoxic in recommended rates.

Precautionary measures

Hazard Class - III. Do not use food utensils to prepare the solution. Working solution is not subject to storage.

Processing is carried out in the absence of children and animals. After work, wash your face and hands with soap and rinse your mouth with water.

Rinse the containers used for the preparation of the solution, as well as the sprayer parts, with plenty of water. Moderately toxic to bees and other pollinating insects, toxic to fish.

Mode of application

The drug should be diluted first in a small amount of water, then with continuous stirring add the remaining water.Spray the plants with a freshly prepared solution in dry, calm weather, preferably in the morning (up to 10 hours) or in the evening (18-22 hours), evenly moistening the leaves, 4-6 hours before rain.

The optimum temperature during processing is 12-25 ° C. Do not spray the product against the wind.

Important!
Indoor plants and flower cultures of open ground: spider mite - 2 ml / 1 l of water; aphids - 2 ml / 0.25 l of water; thrips - 2 ml / 0.2 l of water. Spraying plants as pests occur at intervals of 7-10 days. The flow rate of the working fluid is 0.1-0.2 l / 1 sq.m. Processing is carried out 2-4 times with an interval of two days.

Potato: Colorado potato beetle 1 ml / 1 liter of water. Spraying during the growing season with an interval of 20 days. The flow rate of the working fluid is 5 l / 100 sq.m. Processing is carried out 1-3 times with an interval of one day.

Cabbage: cabbage and turnip whites, cabbage scoop - 4 ml / 1 liter of water. Spraying during the growing season. The consumption of the solution is 4 l / 100 sq.m. Processing is carried out 1-2 times with an interval of two days.

Raspberries, blackberries: ticks, aphids, leafworms - 2 ml / 1 liter of water. Spraying during the growing season. Processing is carried out 1-3 times with an interval of one day.

Apple tree: spider web and red fruit tick, leaf moths, moths - 1.5 ml / 1 liter of water (treatment is carried out 2 times with an interval of two days); apple moth, scoops - 2 ml / 1 liter of water (treatment is carried out 1 time). Spraying during the growing season. Consumption of 2-4 liters per young tree, 5-8 liters per adult.

Cucumbers, peppers, eggplant, tomatoes of the protected ground: spider mite - 1 ml / 1 liter of water (spraying during the growing season with an interval of 20 days, waiting time 3 days, multiplicity - 2 times); peach and melon aphids - 4-6 ml / 1 liter of water (spraying during the growing season with an interval of 15 days, waiting time 2 days, multiplicity - 2-3 times); thrips - 10 ml / 1 liter of water (spraying during the growing season with an interval of 20 days, the waiting time is 2 days, the multiplicity is 2-3 times). The flow rate of the solution is 10 l / 100 sq.m.

The drug Fitoverm for indoor plants: instructions for use

It is quite in demand among buyers, because it has a lot of advantages over other insect repellents. With it, you can provide complete care for your plants.

Description of the drug

Chemicals are often used to process indoor flowers. However, you need to be careful with them. In addition, not all drugs from those that you, perhaps, are used in vegetable gardens or orchards, are suitable for plants flowering in an enclosed space.

Advice!
The choice of flower solution must be taken seriously, because it contains poisons.

A fairly effective drug is phytoverm. It includes two main types of poisons:

  • contact - an insect dies from poison on its body immediately after treatment;
  • intestinal - the result is also very fast, but such poison acts in a slightly different way, destroying the parasite from the inside, that is, penetrating into its body.

At home, with the help of the drug Fitoverm, you can conduct an effective fight against many pests. This group includes aphids, moths, leafworms, moths, plant mites, thrips, caterpillars, Colorado potato beetles, as well as cabbage scoop and whitewash.

You can buy the product in packages of 2-4 grams. The required amount of the drug will depend on the plant that you have to process and, accordingly, on the type of insects and the degree of infection of the indoor flower by them.

Instructions for use

Before proceeding with the processing of domestic plants, it is worthwhile to carefully study the instructions for the use of phytoerm: only there you can be sure that you will not harm the flower while ridding it of insects.

Do not wait for an instant result, for several hours after applying the drug to the plant, pests will actively feed on it.

However, the very next day you will notice that the parasites have become smaller, and after a few days they will completely disappear from the flower pot. The drug is diluted with water in certain proportions, and then the leaves of the plants are moistened in it.

A similar procedure is carried out about 4 times, with a break of one week between stages.

"Fitoverm" for orchids. An emulsion, which contains potent poisons, is unlikely to be the optimal solution if orchid flowers are infected (most of them thrips live in plant inflorescences).

But in the case when the stems and petals, for example, from ticks (and this is fraught with other plant diseases), you can not do without the use of phytoerm. Be extremely careful, the procedure for treating orchids must be carried out strictly in stages:

  1. First of all, you need to get the flower out of the pot, and after that the container itself should be thoroughly disinfected. If possible, use a new pot at all, so you will be sure that re-infection due to the remaining parasites will not occur;
  2. the root system is completely cleaned of the substrate, after which it is carefully soaked in a container with diluted phytoverm at the rate of 1 g per 1 liter;
  3. when processing is complete, the flower must be laid out in a wide bowl so that sunlight falls on it. First, cover the orchid roots with a plastic bag, and after a day, it can be removed. While the plant is still lacking in substrate, moisten the roots daily;
  4. after 10 days, the procedure is duplicated, but after that the flower is immediately planted back in the pot.

You will need to treat the orchid for plant mites two more times, however, do not apply the drug to the leaves, it is better to immediately add it to the soil.

"Fitoverm" for violets. As for the treatment for parasites of violets, the procedure here is not so long, and in addition, the break between treatment periods is about 3 days.

Attention!
How to properly dilute the drug? 1 ampoule of funds you will need for 1 liter of water. Experts recommend adding a few drops of ordinary animal shampoo to the diluted composition: it contains permethrin, and this component will only enhance the effect of plant treatment.

The procedure itself is similar to the method of eliminating parasites on orchids - a four-time treatment with a break. Why is it impossible to achieve the desired result after a single application? The thing is that the therapeutic composition is designed to remove adult parasites, and not their eggs or larvae.

Therefore, in a few days between the processing steps, new insects will appear, which will soon be destroyed. Thus, the repeated extermination of pests is necessary for the full effect.

Fitoverm for seedlings. Instructions for the use of the drug for seedlings are akin to recommendations for the treatment of indoor plants.

Despite the fact that you are going to plant the shoots in the garden while they grow indoors, in a container with a substrate, it is worth treating them as scrupulously as directly as home flowers.

In this situation, you need to apply the product both on the leaves and on the soil itself. The effect will be much more noticeable if you carry out the procedure in a room with a temperature of at least 18 degrees.

Pros and cons of the drug

Plants treated with phytoverm quickly return to normal and get rid of pests. It's all about using a truly effective drug. Fitoverm has a lot of advantages over similar formulations:

  • decays completely already after 24 hours after falling on the stems and leaves of the plant, as well as on the substrate;
  • Do not be afraid to plant and then apply the product if the fruits ripen on your indoor plants - a concentrate of chemicals will not affect them;
  • 2 days after the elimination of insects on domestic plants, one can eat their fruits, if any;
  • the drug has repeatedly shown its effectiveness, moreover, the pests do not adapt to it. The effect of the insects getting used to the phytoermus is definitely not threatening you.

There are many points that can adversely affect the quality of the solution:

  • if you are processing plants on open ground, rain or dew can significantly reduce the effect;
  • it is necessary to reapply the drug on the flowers, otherwise it is unlikely that you can completely remove the insects;
  • quite possibly, you will need adjuvants - special components that can slightly reduce the surface tension of water. Thanks to their use, phytoverms are much more easily distributed over the leaves of a room flower;
  • in no case should you add other poisons to the phytoverm;
  • high cost is another significant minus of the drug.

Despite the shortcomings, the tool has gained wide popularity among flower growers, since with it you can get rid of pests quite effectively.

Pest exposure rate

After 6 hours after applying the product, gnawing insects stop eating and for some time do not move at all. Then they die. As for sucking pests, the duration of the drug can last up to 12 hours.

Important!
After this time, the insects no longer feed, but die in a few days.

You will need about a week to completely get rid of parasites. In this case, the leaves will remain deadly for them for another 3 weeks.

Precautionary measures

Fitoverm is a natural preparation, but this does not mean that precautionary measures can be forgotten. There are several recommendations that must be followed:

  1. To dilute the product, select a container that you will not use in the kitchen afterwards (wash dishes or vegetables in it);
  2. After completing the procedure, wash your hands thoroughly with soap or some detergent;
  3. The poison container should either be discarded after processing the plants, or washed and left in the pantry or in some inaccessible place for the next treatment of indoor flowers.

Adhere to key rules, and you will not only be able to achieve high results, but also do no harm to yourself or directly to indoor flowers.

Storage conditions

If you have already cured your home flowers from gnawing insects, but a few packages with the drug remain, ensure their proper storage. It is necessary to preserve the composition at a temperature of -15-30 degrees.

The drug will retain its characteristic features for 2 years, however it is advisable to leave it in a dark, cool place. Do not leave medicines and especially products near the phytoverm.

If you still have a small amount of water diluted with water, it will most likely lose its properties the next day.

The use of phytoerm for indoor plants

It is both an insecticide and acaricide. They are treated with plants when pests are detected. The substance is produced by soil microorganisms.

Advice!
When they process potted plants, they need to intensively moisten the leaves with only the newly prepared substance. To eliminate pests of indoor plants, buy a package that contains 2 ampoules for two-time processing.

At present, Fitoverm-M has been invented; it affects thrips much better than just Fitoverm. There is also Fitoverm for flowers.

Advantages:

  1. The drug decomposes 24 hours after application.
  2. Pests do not get used to the tool.

Disadvantages:

  • It is forbidden to mix with other poisons.
  • According to some people, the price of this substance is higher than the cost of a non-natural drug.
  • It must be used repeatedly to achieve the desired effect.
  • The substance moistens the leaves very slightly. For better adhesion, it is necessary to add laundry soap to it, you can also combine it with Rapsol (rapeseed oil in its composition). A mixture of Fitoverm and Rapsol perfectly eliminates thrips. To reduce the tension of water on the surface of the sheets add adjuvants, for example, Liposam, Silvet Gold (its main substance is heptamethyltriziloxane).

In which case is it used?

Fitoverm is a biologically active drug that destroys common and red spider mites, aphids, thrips, leaf-eating caterpillars.

All compounds that destroy harmful insects are divided into 2 groups:

  • contact;
  • intestinal.

Contact fall on the cover of pests and destroy them, and intestinal - in the intestines of insects, they eliminate the pests only after 3-4 days. Fitoverm has a double effect, it is both contact and intestinal.

How to apply - step by step instructions

To get the Fitoverm working solution, you need to dilute 1 ampoule (5 ml) in water. Read the instructions carefully.

To destroy pests of indoor plants, treatment is done 4 times, between the treatments, an interval of 7-10 days is observed:

  • from a spider mite, 1 ampoule is poured into 2.5 liters of pure water;
  • from an aphid to 0.6 l of water add 1 ampoule;
  • from thrips in 0.5 l of water add 1 ampoule.

After preparing the solution, it must be applied immediately.

Use any sprayer that sprays. Indoor flowers are moistened evenly, since the poison begins to act only after pests get on the skin, as soon as they eat leaves that are saturated with poison.

What plants are used for?

Fitoverm can be used to destroy pests on any indoor plants: hibiscus, calathe and so on, but there are some features.

For violets. To treat violets, dilute 1 ampoule per 1 liter of water. Next, drip 3-4 drops of zooshampoo in which there is Permethrin. First, treat with a mixture of violets, then take a break for 3 days, and so 4 times. This is necessary because the substance acts on adult insects, and not on larvae and eggs.

All leaves must be carefully sprayed. The room temperature should be approximately 20 ° C.

Fitoverm for orchids. To eliminate harmful insects that destroy orchids, you need to dilute 1 ampoule in 0.5 liters of clean water. It is also necessary to process 4 times, as the larvae are not affected by the substance. In addition, you need to spill the product in pots.

To get rid of ticks, you need to remove the orchid from the pot, and thoroughly rinse or destroy the pot. An orchid can calmly lie without a bark for a week. Because of this, roots are washed with hot water, then treated with Fitoverm, dissolved 1 mg per 1 liter of water, and put the orchid in a polyethylene bag for 24 hours.

Attention!
Put the package with the plant in the basin, let sunlight fall on it. After 10 days, the treatment is repeated. After washing the roots under hot water and plant a new pot in the soil. Watered after 5 days.

For roses. To spray roses, it is necessary to mix Fitoverm and Silver Gold, since the leaves of the roses are protected by a layer of wax, while pesticides penetrate the leaves with great difficulty. Also, the leaves of many plants are very pubescent, therefore, to destroy the pests they need to use this mixture.

On roses, Fitoverm can still be mixed with Rapsol, but it is necessary that Rapsol has a small concentration of 0.3%, otherwise burns may appear on the surface of the rose leaves.

Impact Speed and Compatibility

Fitoverm is compatible with:

  • growth regulators (Ribav-Extra, Zircon, Epin);
  • organophosphorus insecticides;
  • the main pesticides that are used to process indoor flowers;
  • with pyrethroids;
  • fertilizers;
  • fungicides.

But it is forbidden to mix with substances that have alkaline properties. If you mixed any drug and Fitoverm, and the resulting composition precipitated, then these substances can not be combined.

6 hours after the use of the drug, gnawing insect pests do not eat and freeze for 2-3 days. And after they die.

Sucking insects need more days. They stop eating after 12 hours, and die after 2 days. Their bulk dies in 5-7 days. And the leaves of flowers retain the poison 1-3 weeks. According to experiments, the worst effect of the drug is on aphids.

The composition of the drug

The main substance in the preparation is Aversectin. It acts on harmful insects, it is obtained from the fungus Streptomycesesavermitis, which is located in the ground.

It stops nerve impulses that enable insects to feed, so the pests do not move, stop eating and die of hunger.

Precautions for use and storage

It is moderately hazardous for bees and fish, when plants bloom, it is forbidden to spray them with a product. The substance must not be allowed to enter water bodies. It has a 3 hazard class in relation to humans and animals.

Important!
When spraying do not forget to wear a bathrobe, glasses, gloves and a respirator

People who use the drug may show allergies. Because of this, it is used, observing safety precautions, wearing a dressing gown, gloves, glasses, a respirator.

When processing plants, you can not eat, drink, smoke. After spraying, thoroughly wash your hands and face with soapy water, rinse your mouth.

The bag remaining from the drug is burned, trying not to inhale the smoke. Do not throw the bag into the water.

The substance can be stored for 2 years at t = -15˚С to 30˚С. Storage should be cool and dry. Do not put food and medicine in it.

Estimated cost of the Fitoverma package (4 mg) is 16-18 rubles.

Prepare a working solution before processing the crops. Dilute the drug in a bowl that is not intended for cooking. After use, thoroughly wash the container. Experts recommend using disposable tableware and choosing the right weather for spraying.

Processing is not carried out on rainy days or at high humidity. The optimal level of air temperature is from 25 to 34 degrees Celsius.

It is best to spray plants with a spray gun. During operation, it is necessary to control the uniform distribution of the product. Such treatment can be carried out on abundantly vegetative plants.

The leaves of indoor plants should be thoroughly wiped with the prepared solution on each side. If the product is not fully used up, then the residues can be poured onto the soil in a pot.

This is due to the fact that when spraying the solution indoors, fumes or sprays can get into the lungs. Use Fitoverm at least four times, with a break of 7-8 days.

Precautionary measures

Each person when working with this drug should follow several important recommendations. Spray plants need special equipment. The worker needs to wear glasses to protect the eyeball, a mask, gloves and clothing that covers the body. After completing the procedure, it is important to wash your hands and face thoroughly with soap and take a shower.

Advice!
Everyone should remember that if the drug has got on the mucous membranes of the eyes, nose, mouth or open wounds, then they must be thoroughly washed with plenty of water.

When the poison enters the gastrointestinal tract, you need to take activated charcoal at the rate of one tablet per 10 kg of body weight. If possible, it is necessary to induce vomiting and undergo examination by the attending physician.

You need to store the drug in places where small children and pets cannot reach. Food and medicine should not be near. The optimal storage temperature is from -10 to +32 degrees Celsius.

Shelf life is no more than two years in tightly closed packaging. If the solution was not completely consumed during spraying, then its residues must be disposed of.

Advantages and disadvantages of the drug

The main advantage of Fitoverm is its low risk to humans. The following advantages can be distinguished:

  • minimal phytotoxicity (the drug is safe for plants and flowers);
  • rapid decomposition;
  • effective disposal of plant mites;
  • action even at high temperature;
  • it is possible to process plants even during flowering.

After spraying, you can eat fruits and vegetables after 4 days. That is why many people use this tool to process tomatoes, radishes, cucumbers, green crops, early and cauliflower, peppers.

Fitoverm effectively copes with the destruction of insects that gnaw leaves. These include codling moths, scoops, leafworms, whites, moths, aphids, thrips, and a spider mite.

This tool has several disadvantages:

  1. frequent and thorough processing should be carried out;
  2. low efficiency in rainy weather;
  3. It is forbidden to mix Fitoverm with other drugs;
  4. insufficient wetting of the surface of flowers and leaves;
  5. high cost of funds.

To leaves and flowers well wetted by an insecticide, experts recommend mixing it with soap suds, shampoo or other detergent.

How to properly breed and consumption rates, reviews and applications

To dilute the drug, take a bucket with a capacity of 10 liters, pour half the water and pour the Fitoverm ampoule. The solution must be thoroughly mixed and add water to the required volume. When processing indoor plants, the following rules must be observed:

  • to get rid of the spider mite, take 2 ml of the drug and dilute in 0.5 l. water;
  • the destruction of aphids and trips - 5 ml per 0.6 liters of water;
  • after 7-8 days, repeated processing of indoor plants is carried out.

If pests reappear or show signs of life after spraying, then the drug must be changed. It is important to note that each ampule contains detailed instructions for dilution and use of the drug.

Recommended dosages for dilution were obtained empirically, so you should strictly adhere to these recommendations.

Important!
The drug Fitoverm is widely used for the treatment of indoor plants. This tool does not have a pronounced and pungent odor, so it can be sprayed indoors.

Manufacturers also took care of convenient packaging - these are single ampoules with a volume of 2 ml. They are suitable for processing at any time of the year.

Spraying orchids

This is a unique plant, which is famous for its beauty and unusualness. Most often, the flower is located on the windowsills, and pests actively settle on the roots and leaves. An orchid must be treated for thrips, nematodes, ticks, mealybugs, and also insects. To obtain the finished solution, take 2 ml of the product and 50 ml of water.

There are situations when pests settle in the root, therefore, to destroy them, a flower with a pot is immersed in water at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Adult individuals quickly emerge, so they need to be collected and must be destroyed. Further, the plant is dried, pulled out of the pot and treated with the drug.

If pests live on the leaves and stems of orchids, then they need to be washed every day for a week with the prepared solution. When re-infected with pests, the treatment is repeated.

Fitoverm for violets

Violets are beautiful plants that delight people with their lush flowers. On their leaves, pests reproduce imperceptibly, because they reliably hide inside outlets.

Advice!
After processing, the flowers are not placed in the light and the sun until completely dry. If you do not adhere to this rule, then ugly yellow spots will appear on the surface of the leaves.

On violets, a spider mite, thrips and whitefly multiplies. During processing, you must avoid getting the solution on the flowers so as not to spoil them.
